Strengthening organizations, teams, and leaders

Social justice work is done by people, and the structures, containers, and cultures that allow us to do this work together need constant tending. Much of my work as a consultant and facilitator is focused on supporting teams and leaders to ground in a clear sense of purpose and vision and then work to strengthen the trust, relationships, culture, and community required to do their work both effectively and sustainably. This can look like individual coaching, team-building, or various forms of organizational development work.
