Services I offer

We are living in an era of reckonings—reckonings around the longstanding legacies of white supremacy, patriarchy, colonialism, and extractive capitalism that continue to shape our communities, relationships, institutions, and even our progressive movements. This moment demands long overdue transformations in our organizations, in our ways of working, and in our approaches to holding and sharing leadership. For leaders and managers in particular, meeting this moment with integrity calls for new skills and practices.

My consulting practice seeks to accompany groups and leaders through the times we are all living through together by supporting my clients to evolve to meet the moment while staying accountable to the core purpose and vision driving their work. This looks like:

Facilitation

I love facilitating groups—whether that means designing and holding space for a one-time retreat or a convening, or working with the same group over time to bring about deeper change.

All of my work includes intentional process design, attention to alignment between strategies and goals, and project-based coaching support to help with implementation and problem-solving. Much of my work is virtual, and in the past two years, I have honed my ability to create dynamic, engaging, and inclusive processes that deepen connection and shared purpose even in the absence of in-person meetings. I can work comfortably in English, Spanish, French, and (to a degree) Portuguese, but I can only write for a professional, public audience in English.
